By accessing and using Vendl Portal you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Vendl Portal is an online platform that facilitates communication between the accounting firm and its clients: document exchange, task tracking, tax reminders, and electronic signing. The service is provided as SaaS and requires a personal account assigned by the accounting firm.

By using the service you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information in all forms.
• Safeguard your credentials and not share them with third parties.
• Not use the service for illegal, fraudulent activities or activities that infringe third-party rights.

Vendl will not be liable for temporary service interruptions due to technical reasons, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure. The accounting firm remains responsible for the professional advice provided.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting your manager. After closure, personal data is anonymized in accordance with the Privacy Policy, retaining only information required by legal obligations.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of the client's domicile when acting as a consumer; for professionals, to Vendl's domicile.
